Specter helps teams review evidence faster, but compliance decisions remain your responsibility.

You own your content

Uploaded documents and generated outputs remain yours. We process them to provide the service.

Keep workspaces protected

Access is scoped to your account and workspace. Do not attempt to access another customer workspace.

1. Use of Service

Specter provides automated evidence discovery and gap analysis tooling. You are responsible for the accuracy of your compliance decisions and for maintaining the security of your account.

2. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the outputs we generate. We process your data only to deliver the services you request.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data outside your workspace, or violate applicable laws and regulations while using the service.

4. Professional Judgment

The platform provides evidence and recommendations, but it does not replace professional judgment or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for audit conclusions.
